Processing:

Kingsley is made-to-order, so expect 10-12 days for arrival within the US. For other destinations, add an extra 3-10 days for shipping & customs clearance, depending on country.

Returns/Exchanges:

Bags may be returned within 7 days of delivery, for store credit.

Apparel may not be returned or exchanged. Please check fit measurements prior to ordering.

Objects such as journals are non-refundable.

Art is non-refundable.

Items damaged or lost in shipping will be fully refunded or replaced according to the customer’s wishes.
